Fermentation is a great way of preserving the harvest and producing your own nutritious snacks and condiments. Have you been wanting to get in on the fermentation trend, but just haven’t gotten around to it? Or maybe you’ve dabbled at fermenting, but want to try something different?

Join us November 29 for a Veggie Fermentation Learning Party! We’ll be making Crunchy Kohlrabi Sticks, Fermented Garlic Cloves, and are eager to learn about other concoctions you may have heard about or tried. Each participant will take away a pint of preserved garlic, a quart of kohlrabi sticks and possibly more. Experience welcome but not necessary! All supplies included.
